We produce Furnace Rolls in a wide variety of alloys from customer specification to our new advanced alloys. Our product line includes Wet and Dry Furnace Rolls, Billet Transport Rolls and Belt Support Rolls with fully machined and assembled to your exact specifications. Our use of the latest technologies, proprietary alloys, product design and performance allows us to guarantee you’ll be happy with our products.

We produce custom designed wet rolls for Tunnel Furnace, Billet Reheat, as well as continuous Annealing Applications from customer specification to our own design. We offer a wide range of high quality of specific replacement parts.

The radiant tubes are produced using centrifugally cast tubes with a minimum thickness of 6mm and statically precision cast bends.

Muffles and retorts can be produced up to 800mm by centrifugal casting and for even larger diameters by static casting.

Trays and fixtures for heat treatment furnace are produced in a wide range of sizes, designs with various molding methods – green sand molding or shell molding.
